Best friends turned co-founders, Hayley Graham and Sarah Jenkins met in 2014 at the RTA School of Media in Toronto. After their first successful project “Power Never Quits”, a docu-series that aired nationally, they’ve been searching for their next project together. After working in their perspective realms of media, film, and television, they’ve come back together to develop 23 Productions, with the hope of bringing the stories they love, to life.

HAYLEY GRAHAM
From the Toronto Raptors 2019 Championship run to the Toronto International Film Festival, Hayley has had the opportunity to contribute and lead multiple publicity and promotional campaigns across Canada. In the PR world, Hayley has had the privilege of collaborating with industry leaders, creatives, both internationally, and in her own backyard, here in Canada.

SARAH JENKINS
Sarah Jenkins is a 5x Canadian Screen Award nominated Producer working on some of the biggest events in Canadian television. From 4 Olympic Games, to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Sarah has made a name for herself as a rising star in sports media, working with nearly every major outlet in the country. She’s also a multi-platform content creator, who’s build a dedicated audience across TikTok, and Instagram, who follows her daily life, and recommendations through vlogs. As if that wasn’t enough, she also hosts and produces the podcast ‘Talking Fast’ that features interviews with professionals and creatives from all walks of life.
